Restaurateur Paul Goodale is to host the 2016 CEDA Conference Gala Dinner and Grand Prix Awards at the St George’s Park Hilton, Burton upon Trent on 15 April.
Goodale, who hosted the event for the first time last year, has more than 20 years experience in restaurants and developing foodservice concepts.
He has operated across the spectrum of the hospitality industry; from luxury hotels and private members clubs to gastro pubs and self-service food courts.
